We had a superb time at this pretty and nice little place. The location was marvellous and brilliant, adjacent to local shops, restaurants, and Belfast city center.

The staff is excellent and amicable. Excellent service, the breakfast is delicious and unusual...

I loved the well-appointed and fairly quiet room. The decor here was nice. The location was wonderful and gorgeous - ease of access to Holywood Golf Club. It was located in a quiet area close to downtown Belfast and St George's Market and a restaurant, a superb base for me. Rewritten: I really liked the nicely decorated and peaceful room. the location was fantastic, giving easy access to Holywood Golf Club.

Great and brilliant location, within a close distance from Holywood Golf Club. Lovely bed, particularly good room with TV, tea/coffee making equipment, and a seating area...

Forget staying in central Belfast, make it priority to stay at Rayanne House. A lovely guest house, very warm welcome and great breakfast. Could not ask for anything more, its was all there.

All good — we appreciated this small hotel — the food was lovely and the staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. Everything was great and within 10 minutes' drive of George Best Belfast City airport.

The room here is quite spacious and has a fun theme that adds a nice touch to the decor. They serve up some unique and interesting breakfast options, and the restaurant is solid. 🍳

Everything about Rayanne House was fantastic - Highly recommend a stay for a real treat. The food was great.I am hoping to return there before too long.

Fantastic individual rooms, very comfortable. Connor the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast menu is amazing only downside is you have to choose your breakfast the evening before.

Unable to get an evening meal as the restaurant was booked by a party.. It is advisable to book a meal when you book but there is a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. try the Gangees Indian, very good.

The breakfast with a fabulous view had a variety of delicious food, the luxurious rooms feature a unique golf-themed bathroom, and each room offers an incredible view.

The standard of comfort and the cuisine is absolutely fabulous at Rayanne House. This was our second visit and we will definitely return. To be highly recommended. Everything you could want was provided and they are so willing to supply whatever you might require.the setting is beautiful . We were looking out on Belfast Lough. It is so convenient for visiting Belfast.

I reserved a king room with a great view and a unique golf-themed bathroom; the staff here were wonderful and incredibly helpful.

It is not conventional and plays to its strengths of its surroundings and history. I would thorougly recommend this place and I will stay there again. The breakfast was amazing differnet not a tin of grapefruit in sight!!!
